We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction drives our performance, just like proper gear drives yours.

Note on Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on insoles, compression accessories, or health & injury prevention products unless faulty.

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:

  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Include the original packing slip
  • Ship to our Nottingham facility (address below)

Step 3: Processing

We’ll inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation once processed.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and approve your return. Funds will return via your original payment method:

Exchange Options

For size exchanges on running shoes or base layers:
