Ideal for slower to steady-paced runs, this ultra-cushioned midsole has a new simplified construction. A crash pad design allows for the smoothest transitions from heel to toe-off and reduces stress on the joints and muscles. The Ghost 14 offers a high level of cushioning whether you land on your heel, midfoot or forefoot.

3D Fit Print technology is used to construct the upper textile. This durable design provides targeted structure as your foot moves, while also delivering great ankle hold at the heel.

The Ghost 14 is a soft, well cushioned running shoe, ideal for a mix of long, easy miles and some steadier paced runs. For runners with broader feet, the Ghost 14 is also available in a wide fit.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
