Underfoot Feel

The Balanced Cushioning Platform encourages low-impact form throughout your run. The responsive Altra EGO midsole feels protective on any road run. You’ll also benefit from some great responsiveness and a springy feel when running more quickly.

Altra’s InnerFlex midsole design lets the foot flex naturally while keeping weight to a minimum. The FootPod Technology outsole maps the bones and tendons of your foot and encourages it to bend and move naturally.

Upper Fit

The Standard FootShape Fit toe box allows your toes to relax and spread out naturally for more comfort and stability. The upper is designed to improve breathability and hold the foot securely.

Altra Men’s Provision 7 Running Shoes use GuideRail support for some additional stability. They also provide a quick and responsive feel. The Altra EGO midsole ensures the Provision 7 is a great option when support, comfort and a quick feel are important.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
